mixed experience with reservation issues
The room I had was spacious and well-decorated, which made for a comfortable stay. The check-in process was friendly, with the staff showing genuine warmth and attentiveness. The garden view was lovely, allowing for a peaceful morning.
However, I faced significant issues with the reservation that left me frustrated.

We had a lovely time enjoying the cozy Deluxe King Room and their pet-friendly vibes made our cats feel right at home. The beautiful garden was perfect for sipping coffee in the morning and unwinding in the evening. A minor hiccup was some outdated decor, but it didn’t take away from our overall experience. 😊

We enjoyed visiting the nearby Henderson Golf Course, which was perfect for some family time. The location of our room was convenient, allowing us quick access to local attractions.
For dads, it would be great if the hotel provided more kid-friendly activities or a play area.

missingWrote a review on 04 Julsparse furnishings
The room felt sparsely furnished—no desk or table to place things, which might bother you if you like to have a proper workspace. The overall cleanliness left something to be desired. I noticed dust and dirty floors. The TV didn't get local channels, which was a letdown for catching up on news. Plus, the Wi-Fi connectivity was inconsistent, often dropping out when I needed it most. There were flush times where I just wished for a hairdryer and a towel bar. these little things make a difference. I also found the noise from the nearby trains a bit distracting at night.

It was just a well-suited match for a short stay in Savannah with value for money. The bathroom had a cool, modern floor that I really liked. Bring your own toiletries since nothing is provided.

missingWrote a review on 08 Mayrude staffunsafe environment
I can't believe the treatment we received during our stay. We booked a Deluxe King Room but arrived to find a tiny full bed instead. When we tried to resolve this, the staff was incredibly rude, acting like we were inconveniencing them for simply wanting what we paid for. The front desk was closed when our key cards stopped working, and their solution was to leave extra keys under the welcome mats! How unsafe is that? To top it off, a rusty box cutter blade was found right outside our room, making it clear that safety is not a priority here.
